  • Since Nyra Lights operates on Cash on Delivery (COD), orders are confirmed once the shipping details are verified.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We offer delivery worldwide through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • Local deliveries: 3–7 business days
    • International deliveries: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
  • Additional customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor the shipment.
  • For COD orders, our delivery partner may contact you to confirm delivery details.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, Nyra Lights is not responsible for additional shipping costs.
  • Customers may be required to cover extra shipping fees for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your package upon arrival.
  • If your order is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at desk@nyralights.com with photos of the damage.
  • We will guide you on the return and refund process.
